Features of our kits
LABPLAS designs and manufactures each of its products with the aim of meeting the specific needs of its customers. By using the right product, your sampling activities will be optimized, and your work will be made simpler.
-
No culture media preparation required
This kit allows laboratories to reduce time spent on culture media preparation. In fact, it contains a pre-dosed sachet of dehydrated medium in a water-soluble pouch dissolving on contact of warm sterile water.
-
Available in various enrichment media
The EnrichPod kit is available in various enrichment media, modified UMV and BPW, for specific pathogen isolation. Modified UVM is compatible with Listeria isolation method (described by USDA/FSIS for 25g sample), while BPW is compatible with the Salmonella isolation method (described by USDA/FSIS for 25g sample).
-
Stand-Up bag
The EnrichPod kit comes in a Stand-Up bag, a bag that can stand by itself with only a small amount of liquid inside, making the analysis process easier and faster and reduces handling errors. This allows you to free your hands during your operations.
Type of printing
-
Writing area
The bag with a writing area has a white strip that allows you to identify your samples by writing directly on the bag.
Available solutions
All our solutions are designed to meet your most specific needs.
EnrichPod BPW
BPW enrichment media is used for pathogen specific isolation and is compatible with the USDA/FSIS Salmonella isolation method for 25g of sample. It contains a water-soluble, pre-dosed pouch with an enrichment medium.
EnrichPod UVM
UVM enrichment media is used for pathogen specific isolation and is compatible with the USDA/FSIS Listeria isolation method for 25g of sample. It contains a water-soluble, pre-dosed pouch with an enrichment medium.
Closure System
The closure system allows the user to easily and securely reseal the bag, ensuring efficient preservation or transportation of samples.
-
Standard closure
The closure system for standard sample consists of two round galvanized steel wires.
Resistance
This product is specifically designed to withstand various conditions and applications, enabling you to carry out all your operations with efficiency.
-
Incubator
This product will withstand the specific conditions of your incubator, ensuring the safety of your laboratory operations.
-
Temperature resistance from -70°C to 80°C
Our product stands out for its ability to function optimally, offering resistance over a temperature range from -70°C to 80°C.
Garbage
You can count on outstanding quality and flexibility with LABPLAS products. These go to garbage and are compatible with landfills and incinerators.
Optimized transportation and storage
Our products are designed to enhance your operations, from delivery to usage. They provide a straightforward and cost-effective solution for sample collection, as well as transportation and storage.
Easy transportation
LABPLAS products are lighter and smaller than rigid containers, making transportation more convenient and significantly reducing transportation costs. They are also easier to carry before and after sampling; once the sample is taken, the bag will occupy the same space as the sample, whereas a rigid container would be oversized in comparison to the sample.
Safe at all times
LABPLAS solutions ensure optimal safety. Unlike rigid containers such as glass, sampling bags are less susceptible to impacts and breakage. Additionally, the need for regular sterilization of rigid containers leads to higher costs and extended timelines. Conversely, LABPLAS products are guaranteed sterile until use, ensuring reliable and safe analyses.
Efficient storage
Being lighter and smaller, LABPLAS sampling products allow for efficient storage and reduced storage costs. Unlike rigid containers, which are stored in large boxes filled with air, bags enable storage without excessive space consumption.
Sampling solutions for multiple industries
With innovation at the core of our values, our goal is to consistently provide you with sampling solutions tailored to the challenges and requirements of your industry.
