  1. Can I buy a product on the LABPLAS website?

    Currently, it is not possible to buy products directly on our site. You can contact our customer service team, who will be happy to refer you to one of our suppliers.  

  2. How can I contact customer service?

    To contact us, you can use the "Contact Us" button in the top bar of our website. Click here for direct access to the page.

    You also have the option to reach out to us through our live chat available on the website. Our team will be delighted to assist you. 

  3. How can I contact the T.I service for personal data management?

  4. How to buy a product from LABPLAS?

    To purchase our products, please submit a request for a quote using the designated form. You can also contact us directly using the phone number and email address provided below. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

  5. How to find a product on LABPLAS website?

    To see all our products, go to the “Products” tab. 

    To find a specific product, simply use our search bar located at the top of our website. Type in the name of the product you're looking for, and it will appear automatically below the search bar. 

  6. How to request a quote?

    There are three ways to do this:  

    1. We have a button called “Ask for a quote” in our main menu. This button allows you to make a general request and select all the products that you are interested in. Click here for a direct link to the page. 

    2. The “Request Quote” button is also available directly on our “Product Family” pages and allows you to make a specific quote request for the product. 

  7. How to validate a sterility certificate?

    To validate a sterility certificate, you can access the navigation bar located at the top of our website. Then, click on the tab labeled 'Validate a Certificate.' You can also find the page under the Resources tab in the menu. You will be redirected to the dedicated page for certificate validation.

  8. Where can I find the guide for neutralizing solutions?

    You can find the guide for neutralizing solutions in the 'Resources' section of our website. To access it, simply click on the 'Resources' tab, and then on 'Neutralizing Solutions'.

  9. Where can I find the information sheet for each product?

    You can find the information sheet at the end of each product page. 

  10. Where can I find the site’s terms of use and privacy policy?

    You can find the terms of use of the site and the privacy policy at the bottom of the page, in our footer.
