Enables sampling from any type of surface
This kit is designed to collect samples that will detect the presence of microbiological contamination on all types of surfaces, allowing users in several fields to use it.

Different sponge types for all surfaces
Sani-Sponge comes with a sponge of cellulose, polyurethane or viscose. Made of natural material, the cellulose sponge consists of several small holes and is suitable for smooth surfaces, while the polyurethane sponge, made of completely synthetic material, releases the liquid more easily and sticks more to the surfaces. The viscose sponge, a blue cellulose regenerated material, has relief patterns and is particularly suitable for detecting salmonella.

Several neutralizing solutions offered
The sponge can be dry or wet (soaked in a neutralizing solution). Four solution options are available: buffered peptone water, Letheen neutralizer, D/E neutralizer and neutralizing buffer. The solution neutralizes the disinfectant on the test surface. It is therefore important to properly identify the disinfectant used to select the appropriate neutralizing solution.

The polyurethane sponge is completely synthetic, which is required for some sampling tests. This sponge releases liquid more easily. It can be used on rough surfaces.

Dey-Engley neutralizing broth
Dey-Engley neutralizing broth is a solution that inhibits the activity of a wide range of disinfectants.
Letheen broth
Letheen broth was developed as a medium for the neutralization of a number of compounds present in sanitizers.
Buffered peptone water
Buffered peptone water is a non-selective pre-enrichment medium used to promote regeneration of bacteria that are stressed during food processing.
Neutralizing buffer-
The neutralizing buffer is used to inactivate the bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects of the products used in cleaning and sanitizing surfaces and equipment.
Closure System
The closure system allows the user to easily and securely reseal the bag, ensuring efficient preservation or transportation of samples.

Standard closure
The closure system for standard sample consists of two round galvanized steel wires.
Resistance
This product is specifically designed to withstand various conditions and applications, enabling you to carry out all your operations with efficiency.

Our products offer you an ecological choice, because they are designed to be recyclable. Polyethylene, a polymer plastic resulting from the expert fusion of ethylene monomers by polymerization, is distinguished by its strength, malleability and impact resistance. Moreover, its remarkable feature lies in its integral recyclability, thus offering a responsible solution without compromising on performance.

Our products are designed to enhance your operations, from delivery to usage. They provide a straightforward and cost-effective solution for sample collection, as well as transportation and storage.
Easy transportation
LABPLAS products are lighter and smaller than rigid containers, making transportation more convenient and significantly reducing transportation costs. They are also easier to carry before and after sampling; once the sample is taken, the bag will occupy the same space as the sample, whereas a rigid container would be oversized in comparison to the sample.
Safe at all times
LABPLAS solutions ensure optimal safety. Unlike rigid containers such as glass, sampling bags are less susceptible to impacts and breakage. Additionally, the need for regular sterilization of rigid containers leads to higher costs and extended timelines. Conversely, LABPLAS products are guaranteed sterile until use, ensuring reliable and safe analyses.
Efficient storage
Being lighter and smaller, LABPLAS sampling products allow for efficient storage and reduced storage costs. Unlike rigid containers, which are stored in large boxes filled with air, bags enable storage without excessive space consumption.
